Our Commitment
AllOpen – India's Voice, managed by Allpixel Technologies, is committed to keeping children safe. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content and activities on our platform.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
AllOpen strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity that involves or promotes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Child sexual exploitation (CSE)
- Grooming or solicitation of minors
- Any form of harm or exploitation of children
- Content that sexualizes minors
- Any attempt to contact minors for inappropriate purposes
Any user found to be engaging in or sharing such content will be immediately banned from the platform, and we will report the incident to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report any child safety concerns directly within the AllOpen app or website:
- In-App Reporting: Use the report button on any post, comment, or user profile to report suspected CSAE content or behavior.
- Email Reporting: Send detailed reports to contact@allpixel.in with the subject line "Child Safety Report".
- Emergency Situations: If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement authorities immediately.
All reports are reviewed promptly by our safety team, and appropriate action is taken within 24 hours of receiving a report.

If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately. Your report could help protect a child and bring perpetrators to justice.
3. Legal Compliance
AllOpen is committed to full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child protection, including but not limited to:
- Indian Laws: The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and the Information Technology Act, 2000
- International Standards: We follow international best practices for child protection online
- Regional Laws: Compliance with all state and local laws regarding child safety
We work closely with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations to ensure that any reported CSAE content is properly investigated and that perpetrators are held accountable under the law.
4. Content Moderation
AllOpen employs a multi-layered approach to content moderation:
- Automated Detection: We use advanced technology to detect and remove CSAE content automatically
- Human Review: All reported content is reviewed by trained human moderators
- User Reporting: Our community plays a vital role in identifying and reporting harmful content
- Proactive Monitoring: We continuously monitor our platform for potential violations
5. Cooperation with Authorities
AllOpen fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations:
- We preserve and provide relevant information to law enforcement when legally required
- We report suspected CSAE content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and equivalent organizations in India
- We assist in investigations to the fullest extent permitted by law
- We maintain records as required by law for child safety investigations
6. Age Verification and Protection
While AllOpen is designed for users aged 13 and above, we take additional measures to protect minors:
- We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's online activity
- We provide educational resources about online safety
- We restrict certain features for users under 18
- We implement privacy settings that help protect younger users
7. Training and Awareness
AllOpen is committed to raising awareness about child safety:
- We provide resources and information about online safety for children and parents
- We train our moderation team on identifying and handling CSAE content
- We work with child protection organizations to stay updated on best practices
